I purchased the wrong video card and when I attempted to call them their returns line never answered after three attempts and 20 - rings. I then called back 5 times to their sales line before I could speak to this rude, uncaring, unhelpful man. He did email me a RMA but could not give any technical information for me to replace the product with the correct video card.
