I have been trying to get 2 charges off my credit card. I have spent time on the phone also. The latest was a12 min wait which was actually a 22min wait. I tried to explain I had cancelled on 12/21/08; did not want any further. No further stuff was sent but charges were on there. Girl was very rude, said to listen to her orshe would hang up on me.
