We have filed a complaint with the Attorney General's Office and with the Better Business Bureau. They are crooks and blatantly break the law by collecting fees before anything is done. They have an F rating with the BBB and even worse was the BBB knew of this company from all the complaints coming in. I actually had the negotiator of Waypoint email us today and told me that she is still working on our file, yet the recording at the office states they are now closed for business and to contact the lender directly. They also tried to withdraw funds from our bank account without our authorization. Stay away from this company they are bad news!!! read full review »
