This is one of the worst companies I've ever done business with. They have never once sent me a bill. I looked into it and found that they were sending bill to an incorrect address. I have now spoken to customer service 3 different times, trying to correct their mistake. I have been receiving harassing phone calls wanting me to make payments over the phone.
