I ordered a cricket phone for a friend and it is the most worthless piece of garbage since Bush was in office. The customer service is dishonest and unavailable unless you call the line to return their crappy phone. If you try to get customer service the regular way the automated system just keeps sending you back to the main menu. When I got through they only lied and say they have no record of anything other than the amount of your bill. I spoke with several agents and supervisors to get a problem cleared up.
