Direct TV is a joke ! I got equipment that did not work 2 days after installation. I was told my bill would be appx $50 a month and my first bill within days was $160 and was told it takes 6-8 weeks to get the discounts promised, this was not mentioned! I told them to come get their crapy equipment and they said I still owe the rediculous amount even though I couldnt use it and said if I wanted my unsightly equpiment removed I could hire someone @_@ They were also told not to touch the other satellite I had and they cut my wires and replaced a box that didn't belong to them. I will never in this life time use Direct TV again! BBB reported ! read full review »
