Product arrived. Decided it was not needed. Telephone the freephone number and were told that we were covered by their 60-day refund return guarantee. returned items well within the 60 days (got signature off Royal Mail Tracking system). called after 4 weeks and was told that a credit of $79 had been issued on 16th September. now 25th November and the refund of GBP50 has still not been received.
