Cancelled membership in writing in Sept 09, still was billed oct 09, hand delivered another letter in Nov 09, the manager called me with an attitude, said there was no record of me canceling my membership. therefore he was not going to cancel and said i don't care if you don't pay, then the jerk says "we will take you to small claims court and we always win".
