I also checked my bank account and fund there were charges from Value Plus except mine was for $19.95. After getting their phone number from my bank, I was told that I was signed up for it but they would not tell me where I signed up at. I did tell my bank they were "unauthorized charges" I also told my bank I would contact them to find out what the deal was. I am now going to go to my bank so they can file a complaint with them and hopefully get my moneys back. I am also contacting the BBB online to file a complaint!!! read full review »
