This company had the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I applied for a mortgage refi with them and everything was going smoothly until I called them out on closing costs. Their advertised fees-which I also confirmed with their loan officer - were not what they projected on the disclosure form. As a consumer you have the right to use any title company you prefer, and using a local company I paid just under $500 for title insurance and the closing fee.
