I bought a $50, 000 BMW from this dealer. Adam was the salesman. I was promised an extra fob and an owners manual (which he stated was misplaced) and he never delivered these items. The 2 items are approx. $500.00. in value. Adam also agreed when we purchased the car to fix a small paint chip on the front of the car. Many promises and phone calls later, this was also never completed. Adam would make appts and then break them and finally just stopped returning our phone calls.
