I bought this unit 5 months ago for my son that comes and visits every other week end. It has maybe been used 10 to 15 hours. This is a complete rip off. Your telling me that the xbox that was sold to me was refurbished to it's original new condition and that your company stands behind any work or I guess it doesn't. You should be reported as a scam company with absolutely zero credibility. I can not believe you have the gull to tell me your willing to recycle this.
