On November 26, 2009 my husband and I visited I HOP located at 360 Route 46, TOTOWA, NJ 07512-1835 for breakfast. We were initially seated by a waiter who told us he will be with us shortly. We were waiting for 20 minutes and when the waiter arrived about twenty minutes later he just gave a glance on our table and never came forward to take our order and left.
