i went to steak nshake im a regular customer i put alot of money in with this company. i went to order me and my family two kids meals and a 4 for 4 meals and it literally took 35min. i dont know what happened to this specific location but it has went down hill in the last three weeks. i love steak n shake but im done with this one in perticular. i have to many problems each time and my food dont ever come out right.The new management sucks while i was waiting on the food ever time one of the servers would call back something he would get an... read full review »
