It is a disservice for the telephone services and service processing families and friends have received for the support of loved ones in incarceration. The dragging activation process for prepaid services, the amounts paid for the services, and the options and strategies used for limitations of services are herendous. Although GTL has the right to gain revenue in this manner, there should be a cap on pricing and competitors.
