I took my dog there for a bath and nail trim. She was there for a total of five hours. Three days later she was coughing so hard I thought she was going to die. I did some research online that night and found out it could be Kennel Cough. I called Dr. Hall the next day and said I would have no problem paying for her medication, but since she cought the infection from his kennels, I thought he should waive the clinic fee.
