OCWEN agreed to work a loan modification program with us on 8/20/09. We heard nothing from them. I wrote them in early September 2009 about the current situation, the condition of the home, and offered to provide anything they needed. On 9/23/09, they sent us a letter stating we were not eligible for HAMP because we were not living in the home.
