Nice and simple...we bought a video console from Bob's Furniture. Here's how our experience unfolded: * Sept 1st 2009 - Video console we bought was delivered with damages. * Oct 17th 2009 - Serviceman visited to repair the damage. Serviceman identified a replacement video console was needed. * Oct 31st 2009 - A replacement arrived damaged. It was not accepted. * Nov 7th 2009 - Another replacement arrived damaged.
