Like everyone else, I ordered their initial item for $9.00 shipping. A day later, I was charged the $68.00 and immediately called to cancel. I was told I would get the refund within 10 days, and also received a confirmation email with a cancellation #, everything. I called every 10 days for 3 months, and luckily enough was actually able to get people on the phone. However, I was told that the refund would be processed in "10-12 business days".
