I have unauthorized debits from my account.! When I called the 800 # the cancel this charge, the person I spoke with had such a thick accent could hardly understand what he was saying. When I asked for more information, I was informed they were not alowed to give out that information. I'm not sure how theses companes obtain information, but he had all of my mailing information as if I had actually purchased their product. Something needs to be done. These debits are affeccting my account. I am starting to think that banking is not such a good idea any more . I've had this happen to me twice in the last six months. read full review »
