I was a customer of Washington Mutual who had several credit cards. I had 3 credit card accounts with Chase Bank. This multiple accounts was due to "cobrand" cards through Marriott hotels, Southwest Airlines, and another which I had many years ago which was just "Chase Mastercard." Well, another card that was "cobranded" through PayPal that I never used much was purchased by WaMu, then subsequently by Chase.
