Fedex hide in small letter that its dependent on Custom Services. I am simple letter held in Netherlands for 6 Days. So do not waste your money and time with International FEDEX. Regular mail will arrive at the same time and much cheaper. It cost me 67 Dollars for express mail while registered mail USPS cost only few dollars. FEDEX Netherlands with totally useless in communicating with the custom authorities and said that it is beyond their control and it can take up to 3 months to release a package.
