You would think that the people that work for them have never had anything happen to them. Why not give someone a chance to make payments. I mean they don't even send you a bill on time and expect your payment to be on time. The way these people treat you, as if they are not human. Right now people are still loosing jobs and they can't even give you some extra time to make payments. If I knew then what I know now I would have never used them.
