We had carpeting installed in our living room yesterday. The employees could hardly comminicate in english. They damaged a heat vent by pushing their strecher up against it and bending it inward and then claimed it was like that when they came. They also cut the carpeting around the fire place mantel when I specifically requested it go underneath the mantel. I was mad and didn't sign off on the work and they would not leave a copy of the invoice for me. They left a mess in the foyer and didn't put the furniture back before leaving as I was promised.
