CheapOair did not send $1252.60 to EuropCar as they should have. We had terrible hassle at car rental and called CheapOair from car rental in San Jose, Costa Rica. Serena (at cheapoair) said that it would be credited back to our American Express card within two weeks (which would have been by Nov. 15th) and so we paid the car rental again. We would appreciate it credited back to Bobby Williams' American Express credit card as soon as possible. We have to pay credit card bill and it would be easier by far without unnecessary charges we do not owe. read full review »
