I was lured into the membership thinking that I could use my 4 free airlines tickets to take my three kids to visit family in California for Christmas this year. I signed up for the membership on September 25 which was a Friday, membership went into affect the following Monday, the 28th. It took them over a month to get my membership package out to me because it was sent to an old address they had on file for me but that was corrected during my enrollment over the phone.
