This is not the first time I have gotten HORRENDOUS "service" from Sears; you would think that I would have not returned to do business with them but alas, I did not learn my lesson-NOW I HAVE. I went to sears after doing exstensive research on treadmills, the selection came down to Costco, which had one online, for a great price and all of the features I wanted, although would take 2-3 weeks to deliver.
