I called about 2 weeks ago to cancel my order of extenz due to the fact that I couldn't afford it any longer cause of lay off from work. I cancelled but i am still being charged... not good my checking account will come up short, checks will bounce I can not have the auto deduct out any longer, please refund my card and stop my subscription which should have been cancelled 2 weeks ago. this is not a good situation I have been forced into due to unexpected transactions on my account. please reverse charges which occurred after my cancelation 2 weeks ago.
