Chase Bank does not regulate the Obama HMA Home Mortgage program fairly. I followed procedure in the application process, faxed documents as Chase requested yet at the end of the waiting and phone calls; Chase told me I made to much (salary) to qualify. You go thru a maize of phone calls, not sure of what department is the proper assisting channel. I paid sums of money to Chase for refinancing, being instructed I am denied. Chase does not administrate fairly. It's as though they want you to lose your home (foreclosure). read full review »
