Last Saturday we phoned telus about moving service from one address to another. The phone number was 403-347-4865 which was to be moved from 5630 56 st. in Red Deer to #10 Inglewood Drive in Red Deer Suite #209 which they said they would try to do on Monday. It was needed asap so the senior could have it available for his emergency call button. Nothing was done all week and yesterday I called the number and it has been disconnected from the old address but never hooked up at the new address.
