I purchased a Samsung 40in LCD TV which broke down after less than 4 months use. On contacting Samsung Customer Support I found their staff to be rude and obstructive. They were not the least interested in my problem (no picture on the TV, only sound) but instead droned on about Samsung's policies and procedures. Eventually they agreed to arrange for the set to be repaired by a company based 50 miles from my home. There was a delay of about one week before the TV was collected.
