I checked my bank account this morning, To my suprise I saw a charge for $99.00. I called the bank and asked them to cance the charge, it was pending. The bank told me they could not cancel it because they had used the cvc #. Also that I should call the company and try to get my money back, Then I had to cancel and request a new credit card. So after all that i called the company and they told me all they could do is cancel the account and give me half of my money back.
