OMG!!! Where do I begin? I paid this company $8, 000 and once my payments were complete they stopped answering calls and returning emails. They never sent my invitations, most of my guests never received their save the dates, they didn't do my programs or placecards, the DJ canceled, my bouquet was wrong, my videographer that was supposedely booked through them did not show up.
