Representative first indicated my account could be approved to work with our debt settlement company, once I verified there were no available funds on my Discover card. Once that was done, however, the agent would not move forward with the recommendation. I had at this time been on the phone for over 40 minutes, and asked the reprentative please tell me what else is needed in an expedient manner so I could get back to work.
