I have reported fraudulent / unauthorized transactions from this company in January. The first was 12/31/08 for 1.95 and $0.06. This was followed by one on the 1/7/09 for 58.61 and $1.76. I called the number provided on my bank statement 866-524-7747 and was informed that that do not issue any refunds and that I needed to send an email to [email protected] to request my money back.
