After becoming an Advanta customer through balance transfer. They raised my rates for no reason, They jumped from 13.8% to 36.31 % in less than 6 months of being with them, I called and complained and all they said was your account was in good standing but your balance is a risk . I said that is crap, i have never been late on any payments and they said well we sent you a notice stating you can opt out. I never got that notice and closed the account which is allowing me to pay the balance off at a rate of 18.74 %& 24.74% this is a scam, EVERYONE BEWARE OF ADVANTA read full review »
