I Hate Chase. I'm a customer of theirs through inheritence. I was a happy Wamu Customer. But ever since they became chase all they do is nickle and dime you. I share everyones pain. All they care about s getting as much money as possible, they don't care if they lose loyal customers. I tryed to get a $39 returned payment check reversed and all they did was tell me it was my fault.
