this website allows the "needy" to ask for donations via PayPal. but they charge $45 to set up a page, and $10 per month after. i don't understand how a website supposedly set up to assist the needy with donations can charge a needy person to have a page. i think it defeats the purpose. i'd like to see this site shut down. it seems fishy, and they require PayPal information to set up an account, with a credit card attached to it. read full review »
