I own a home. I had a korean woman, Ki, staying with me for a short amount of time who could barely speak English. Well, Ki decided she wanted TV and ordered Direct TV. Somehow, she signed a contract and when I get home I have a sattelite dish and Direct TV service. I go to cancel the service... Well Direct TV waited 10 days to cancel and then they charge Ki (who is an American Citizen but barely able to speak English) a 400 cancellation fee.
