This sellers web site listed the product ordered as new. When I went to register it with Garmin the serial number Garmin showed and the serial number on the unit did not match. I called Garmin and was told that this unit was not new it was rebuilt (refurbished). This sellers web site also did not state orders could be canceled. After placing the order I found numerous reviews that stated the seller advertises new but sells refurbished. Less than two hours after ordering I tried to cancel only to receive a reply stating, no cancellations and they would ruin my credit if I refused to pay. read full review »
