We purchsed a $2, 700 Tempur-Pedic matress and it was delivered to our house FROZEN and sat in the entry of our house entry for 24 hours!!! The best the store manager could do was say that he felt bad but that happens every year especially in the fall & winter!!! So then we had to wait around for another day to have the delivery men come back and take the un-frozen matress up to our room. I hate to think what kind of service they provide to someone who spends less than $2, 700? Oh and did I mention that we were return customers ... apparently for the last time. read full review »
