I just discovered that there was an authorized charge of $99.00 on my account. I have never heard of this company and definitely did not authorize a debit from my account. Needless to say, I am extremely angry. I have called Bank of America and was told that since the transaction is in a pending status that they can not do anything. Their process is to pay this company, although unauthorized, have me file a claim at which time they will credit my account while disputing the transaction.
