I ordered 2 pair of shoes from slips I received in the mail. The slip said that if you bought 2 pair, $10.00 would be given making the charge for the shoes as low as $19.99 a pair. I ordered the 2 pair on Order #76138637 but the charge was $24.99 each. No $5.00 each was deducted. My name is Theresa Griffith and my account number is 085112384. The order date was 11/23/09.
