DTV charged my checking account without my authorization. It was not a bill. We did not owe them anything, they just took it. This then resulted in almost $300 in overdraft fees. When I called to inquire they claimed they saw no such transaction and that I needed to fax them a copy of my bank statement and then it would take 10 buisness days to resolve. It is now 1 month later and no one has even contacted me.
