I bought a 42 inch plasma in late o5, it started going off, but you could hear the sound. Then the pciture woulsd stall a lot. I had bought an extended warranty and when they called to see if I wanted to extend it, I almost didnt. But I was told if something went wrong they would "send me a brand new TV" . So I did it. 2 days before the extended warranty expired I called them, told them of the probelm and they did send me a new TV!
