I purchased a HP Desktop computer from comet August 2008, in September 2009 the power button light stopped working. I had a extended warrenty cover so called comet. The engineer phoned to cancel agreed date and time and re-booked but then cancelled again. He also told me not to mention this to comet. He finally arrived checked the PC. He ordered a new power button which took a week and a half to arrive, it then took another week for the engineer to come and install it.
