We changed our TV service from DirecTV to cable after more than 3 years of putting up with less than efficient service even though we were not under contract. Anyway at the time we discontinued in early August of this year we were told by the Company that we had a credit since apparently they ensured that we paid for service in advance. We have been trying to get them to send us a check for the amount they owe us without success after almost 6 months. This company is incredible. read full review »
