I have been an Adorama customer for many years - live and work nearby so have used the store. Since they expanded, I find the store experience frustrating - long waits. BUT I have discovered the gold mine of Adorama - Ray Garcia! I phoned to ask about the Canon EOS 5d, within an hour he had messengered it to me.
