Having played WOW for many years and having problems with some of the patches, I finally hit a major flaw with a patch. Blizzard said I had been hacked and wanted every single bit of identity proof I could supply before they would even think about reinstating my account which they stopped. I told them things no hacker could possible know and still they would not reinstate me and were very rude and so I told them to delete all information they had on me as I didnt trust their security.
