Do not use Bidz, it is a joke. It has been over 20 days since they have taken my money, but still have not shipped the merchandise. It took a week for them to reply to my e-mail that the shipment that was supposed to take between 3-8 days is now ten, then they used the excuse that it was my fault that I didn't tell them that I wanted the art without the certificate. I told them to ship without it and 4 days later, it still hasn't shipped. There is no customer service, after 20+ days still don't have my merchandise, who knows if I will ever receive what I actual bid on, most likely will not be what I ordered. read full review »
